What is the tour about?
We walk around and eat delicious food. We do this at places that are off the regular tourist path. We won’t be visiting any fast food chains or tourist traps during our tour but if you want we can of course recommend to you some of the more decent tourist places if you wish to visit them later on during your stay in Prague.

When is the best time to take a Pragusto tour during my holiday in Prague?
Tours are available during whole year. A Pragusto tour is a wonderful way to introduce you to the city of Prague and its history, so we suggest highly you do it at the very beginning of your trip to Prague. You won’t regret it. You will get quick picture of what, when and where and how.
What type of food will be served?
Local Czech food, not just dumplings but for sure not sausages with mustard. Drinks.
Is there an alcohol on the tour? Do I pay extra for drinks and meals?
Yes, there is, and we won’t force anyone to drink it:) Drinks and meals are included in price.
How much walking is involved?
1 - 2 kilometer or 2 miles / 3,5 - 4 hours
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
It is highly recommended that you purchase tickets before you reach Prague. We have limited space in our tours. Guests that wait until the last minute run the risk that they may not get on the tour. Some dates do have limited walk-up availability. You can call or what’s up on our telephone number +00420 777082272 on any tour day after 8:00 am for the latest tour updates.
Is the tour suitable for vegetarians?
Vegetarians are welcome. We always try our best to fulfill all dietary requirements. Please let us know if you have any such requirements at least 72 hours before the tour.
Are children welcome and do they need tickets?
Children are welcome on the tour, but you must make your own reasonable decision about bringing your kids along. Stairs are usually part of every tour and there is a lot of walking plus tram riding. If this isn´t something your kids would enjoy probably best not to bring them. If you do bring your kids and they cause a delay the tour will have to move on without you. Please keep this in mind because tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Children up to 5 years of age are for free (from 6 years of age - EUR 50) and don’t need tickets. Small children who need to be carried or are in a stroller also do not need tickets. Please don’t forget any baby food if you bring your baby or small child with you. When you purchase your ticket, please give us advance notice that you will have your child with you and let us know how old they are. In case you want to freely enjoy your tour without your children (we understand you since we also have children:)) and need a baby-sitting service at your hotel or apartment this can also be arranged. Is this tour suitable for me?
We are happy to accommodate special diets or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, no red meat), but we cannot guarantee that all the dishes we try can be substituted. In other words, guests with special dietary needs may need to pass on certain dishes. Please provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice of any such needs and we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements.
Where do we meet for the tour?
After you purchase your tickets you will receive confirmation email, also with information, a map etc. about the specific meeting point. We will meet in the center of Prague 1. We urge you to be at the location 15 minutes before the start of the tour. Please carry your confirmation with you and we will meet you at the meeting point at the set time.
How do I receive tour information?
All the information will be sent to you via e-mail once we have received your payment, so you can print it out while you are still at your home or read it on your mobile.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please wear casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes. We recommend you bring water with you especially during summer months.
Am I allowed to take pictures during the tour?
Of course, you can bring your camera and take all the pictures you want. Posting your pictures is fine with us:) Please remember to be aware of any belongings you take with you on the tour. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
What happens if it rains?
Our tour will take place come rain or shine. Please check weather conditions (www.accuweather.com) and as appropriate wear the right clothing, bring an umbrella, etc.
Do we need transportation tickets?
If needed tickets for the metro or tram will be provided by us.
What happens if we are late?
Please don’t be late. Please be considerate of the other guests and aware of the set time at the meeting place, we can wait 15 minutes maximum for you and then the tour starts without you. There is no refund for missing the tour. Also remember that in respect of the other tour guests we unfortunately can’t answer the phone when we run the tour, so please be on time. We also recommend that you come to the meeting point say an hour before and do a little bit of sightseeing or coffee in the area, so than it is easy for you to be at the meeting point on time.
Are bathrooms available?
Yes, they are available at most places during the tour.
Shopping during the tour?
Sorry no shopping on the tour but we are happy to advise you about where you can purchase specific goods for a good price or provide you with the address of a shop you may be interested in.
What are the payment options?
We accept credit cards. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Places are limited, but if there are any available spaces we can accept a last-minute cash payment if you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds are available only up to 72 hours before the day of the tour. After that due to tour arrangements we unfortunately cannot provide any refunds.
How to get a quick response from us?
Please e-mail us on info@pragusto.com. That is the fastest way to get a response the same day. Unfortunately, we do not return calls that are not from the Czech Republic.
